INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES

Bookings
To validate a booking, our clients must send the proof of payment and the following information:

- Full name
- Date of birth
- Photo ID
- ID number, CPF, or passport number
- Phone number
- E-mail
- Name of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, bookings, rent, and security deposit
To book one of our properties, we require payment for booking confirmation, which can be made by credit card or bank transfer/deposit, done at the time of signing the contract.

In order to allocate your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via e-mail. Your booking will be validated from the moment the INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES booking department sends a confirmation e-mail.

If, for any reason beyond our administration's control, the leased property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Note: For pre-bookings of one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rent amount.

Check-in
Check-in time: After 3 pm.

The client is required to inform us of their arrival time and provide their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be performed. In the INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES check-in process, the client must contact our check-in department in advance (available during operating hours), (+55) 83 9915-9201 or (+55) 83 98720-7490, up to thirty minutes before the Check-in time. After contact and confirmation of booking data, instructions for entering the reserved property will be sent.

Entry is allowed only at our official check-in time at 3 pm.

For check-ins before the official check-in time, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.

Check-out
Check-out time: Until 12 pm

After this time, an INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES employee will enter the apartment to examine the property and perform cleaning services.

We do not allow late check-out; for check-out after the official check-out time, the rent equivalent to the next day must be paid.

If the client does not check out at the agreed time, a fine of 80 reais will be charged if the departure is before 3 pm. After 3 pm, the amount charged will be equivalent to a full daily rate.

Cancellation and booking changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the booking deposit amount will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES.

INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the neighborhood's peace and/or violation of the condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, domestic animals without our permission, lack of full payment of rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, INOVE FLATS & ACOMODAÇÕES assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rent payment.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and its rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors
We do not allow visitors in our properties. Please contact us before making any booking where visitors are expected, so we can provide the procedures for this situation.

Bookings of less than 30 days do not include electricity and gas consumption. In case of energy charges, the client must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent is longer than 30 days, after each month; it is necessary to check your lease agreement.

Jurisdiction
The contracting parties choose the Jurisdiction of the District of the city of João Pessoa, state of Paraíba.
