Complementing the experience, our gourmet terrace with barbecue is perfect for gatherings and enjoying the scenery.

The modernity, architecture and innovative environment with plenty of practicality make the space special, the accommodation has new and good quality furniture, appliances and utensils, making guests feel comfortable.

Guests will have unrestricted access to all unlocked areas of the accommodation. Do not force or attempt to open locked doors and cabinets.

Our space is located in the exclusive Yes Banana Condominium, in the highest part of Bananeiras, offering a privileged view of the valley and spectacular sunsets, in a haven of nature and security. The condominium has extensive leisure infrastructure, including a swimming pool, playgrounds, vegetable garden, treehouse, suspended plaza, a viewpoint with panoramic views, sports courts, games room and various leisure areas for all ages. In the surrounding area, Bananeiras invites you to explore its charming historic center, rich local gastronomy, ecological trails, waterfalls and authentic rural tourism, as well as various cultural events that take place throughout the year.

The location is easily accessible, being about 8 minutes (2.8 km) from the center of Bananeiras. Access to the property is exclusively by car, as there is no direct public transport. Parking is included and secure within the condominium itself. It is located approximately 130 km from João Pessoa (the main arrival point from other states with an airport), and the journey takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car.

- Smoking and/or activities that generate smoke are prohibited inside the house;

- In case of incidents that cause damage to the house and its contents, please contact the hosts immediately;

- Any event that results in a breach of the house rules, rendering the house unavailable, will incur a fine. This includes situations such as bad smells resulting from smoking or other activities on the premises, as well as breakage or damage to objects, utensils, installations and the structure of the house itself.
